Fried Catfish, Coleslaw, and Cauliflower Gratin

I made this last Friday but I've been really busy and couldn't post the recipe. Zara is not feeling so good today so I'm going to try and be quick and get this recipe   posted. Hope everyone had a great weekend!

For the Fried Catfish I took 5 fillets of Catfish and put them in a baking dish
Poured over some buttermilk until it was completely covered the fish
In another baking dish I put half a cup of corn meal and half a cup of corn flour. This gave it a really rich texture. And added 1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of cayenne
1tsp of celery powder
1/2 cup of flour, salt, and pepper
Mixed together evenly then added the marinated fish and then put into a cast iron skillet with half an inch of oil
Fry till golden about 3-4 minutes each side

For the Cauliflower Gratin I started with a head of cauliflower chopped into large florets and put into boiling water to soften
Then started with 2 tbls of butter
2 tbls of flour
Whisked till combined and toasted
Poured in 2 cups of low fat milk and ground fresh nutmeg on top
1/2 cup of grated gruyere cheese
1/3 cup of grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp of salt
Stir then put 1/3 of the sauce in a baking dish
Drop in the boiled cauliflower
Top with the rest of the sauce
In a bowl I mixed 1/2 cup of bread crumbs and Panko crumbs and 1/4 cup of grated gruyere cheese
Then sprinkled it on top of the sauces cauliflower
Melted 1/4 cup of butter and poured over the top
Then baked at 375° for 30 mins till browned on top
So so good!!

For the coleslaw I took a bowl and put in
1/2 a cup of mayo
1/3 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of buttermilk
1/4 cup of low fat milk
2 tbls of lemon juice
1 1/2 tbls of white vinegar
1/2 tsp of salt
A bag of shredded coleslaw mix
Mixed till it wilts. Let sit in fridge for 2 hours

For the tartar sauce I put in half a cup of mayo
2 tbls of white vinegar
Tbls of capers
Some chopped pickles
Mix then serve.
