This is a recipe I've been wanting to make for a whole now! I keep seeing it on Pinterest and I knew it was right up my alley! It's really easy, I made it at 8 this morning so it could meld and soften the noodles for 4 hours. I bet it will be even better tomorrow! Yum!

First I put in a large bowl a package of broccoli slaw.

Then crushed up 2 packages of chicken flavored ramen noodles and added that to the bowl. Setting aside the flavor packets for the dressing.

Theb I added 3/4 a cup of sunflower seeds.

Half a red onion diced small.

I added a couple tablespoons of a mixture of dried cherries, cranberries, and blueberries I got at Fresh Market.

For the dressing I used a separate bowl and put in 3/4 a cup of extra virgin olive oil.

1/2 a cup of apple cider vinegar.

1/3 a cup of sugary to make it healthier you could use honey or stevia instead.

Then I added the chicken packets. These have a bunch of sodium so instead you could add your own seasonings with salt and pepper. I didn't add salt cause it doesn't need it with these chicken seasonings.

Then poured that over the mixture and stirred till covered. Then I put it in the fridge for 4 hours. The longer it sits the softer the ramen becomes.

Then I grilled a chicken cutlet marinated in evoo and a little soy sauce. Yum!!!
